*Due to possible complexity of the design and the time it may take to complete, only the small (8"x10") canvas is available for live instruction.

1 - disposable smock
1 - recyclable easel
1 set of instructions

YOU PROVIDE:

PHOTO FOR CUSTOM DESIGN

Please email us your photo upon completion of payment. For best results, your photo should: be well lit, only include the subject(s) you want to paint, and have a clear contrast between your subject(s) and the background (ex: dark clothes against a light background). We will respond via email if there are any issues with the photo.

PROOFS:
Custom design proofs will be sent via email before items are shipped. We allow up to 2 revisions. You have 24 hours to approve your proof. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours your items will be packaged & shipped as is with no refund available.
All shipping is done via USPS. We are not responsible for transit times after shipment. We try to fulfill all orders ASAP, but please allow as much time between your order date and event date to ensure your package arrives in time.

We are not responsible for incorrect names/addresses entered at checkout.

Rush processing is available for an additional fee. Choose the 'rush order' option at checkout.
REFUNDS:
Your PARTYinnaBOX is made to order, even if you are not getting a custom canvas design. Therefore, refunds are not offered. If you have any issues with your item(s) please contact us directly so that we can try to find a solution.

CANCELLATIONS:
We start working on orders as soon as possible after confirmation of payment. We are not responsible for canceled events. Please read the description & processing times fully before purchasing.
