Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your eligible item.
Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a customPartyLife gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. Return postage will be paid by the customer.

Please note: Please ensure to package each order separately. If multiple orders are returned inside a single return package, your return will require additional time to process. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned.
We do not provide cash refunds. We will accept returns for store credit only within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all original packaging in tact. The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be returned:

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"

An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
-
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Non-customPartyLife items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
We do not provide cash refunds. Upon returning the item, you will receive credit in the form of a gift card that can be used online. Items purchased as part of a BOGO promotion are not eligible for returns.
All items returned must be in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with packaging intact. All items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. Items considered "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

Is there anything else I should know about the Online Return Policy?

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Return drop-offs are not accepted at our PO Box.

We reserve the right to delay a refund until items are actually received based on credible concerns surrounding potential fraud.
What items are final sale?
All PARTYinnaBOX purchases including, but not limited to paint kits, custom party favors, and invitation/flyers, are considered final sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit.
Can I exchange items?
We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your eligible item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.
Can I purchase a return shipping label?
customPartyLife does not offer return shipping labels for customers. Insuring your returned package is the recommended way to return your item to customPartyLife, as you will be able to track your return to ensure its arrival. Please be sure to retain a copy of your return tracking receipt from the carrier used until your return is processed and your store credit has been issued.
Returned to sender or refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of a gift card minus the initial shipping charge.

An order may be returned to sender for one of the following reasons:

An address is invalid or there is missing information,

The carrier is unable to deliver your package, or
-
The order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

Are we able to make changes to your order once they have been placed?
No. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
