This design references the story of 14 year old George Stinney, who was accused of raping, killing and dragging the bodies of two white girls who lived across the tracks, and leaving them in a ditch.
He was so small that during preparation for his execution, he had to be propped up on a book in order to reach the electric chair's headpiece. He was finally exonerated 70 years after his death.
